: Crema de Guizantes a la Menta :
creamy mint soup, made with green peas, shallot, leeks, and onion

: Ensalada de de Naranja :
mixed green salad, with organic orange wedges

: Chiles en Nogada :
roasted pasilla pepper stuffed with all natural ground beef cooked with peaches, pears, plantains, green apple, pine nuts, almonds, tomatoes, onions, and parsley. topped with pecan sauce and pomegranate seeds

: Corn Cake :
traditional corn cake, topped with Irish cream sauce

Price is $50 per person for fixed menu. Paid reservations in advanced are required. Full refund for cancellations before October 28th – no refunds after this date. Beverages and gratuity are not included.
