The dinner menu features the rich diversity of regional cuisines in Mexico, from the classic tacos, quesadillas and sopes, to complex dishes with different types of moles, cochinita pibil, fish empanadas or seasonal delicacies like chiles en nogada.

Everything, including salsas and tortillas, is made from scratch, with many ingredients imported from Mexico to capture the flavors that characterize each dish.

The hope of La Calaca's chef and owner, Patricia Cabrera, is to contribute to a wider understanding of the rich culinary heritage of Mexico. Enjoy!
